All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Please allow 8 to 10 business days for your luxurious and decadent spa treats to arrive.
Shenay Shop currently ships to the United States. All U.S. orders are shipped USPS. All orders that fit in a USPS flat rate box will ship for $4.95. Orders that do not fit in a flat rate box will ship in the next size box and will be shipped for $6.95. If your order value is $50 or greater the order ships FREE. If orders have less than a $50 value, previous stated shipping rates apply.
Shenay Bath. Body. Home. does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Return Policy
We'd love to say that you're going to love every single product from our website, but everyone has different preferences. Should you decide that you need to return an item, we will accept returned items in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase. We strongly encourage you to take a look around our site, because with so many products to choose from we're sure you'll find something else that tickles your fancy. If you would prefer a refund rather than an exchange, we cannot take returns on overly used products. All refunds are credited to the original pay method- no cash refunds.
